Isolated Storage is a storage area on Windows Phone which, exactly as its name says, is Isolated. Isolated means other apps cannot access it, and you cannot access other apps either (unless you have root, which is only for the Lumia 710 cooked rom)
So while developing an app, how do you access this storage in a visual, lively and easy way?
To display images in Silverlight apps, you usually use the Image Control.
The Image Control has a few display-related properties such as Stretch, Fill, Uniform and UniformToFill. Uniform To Fill scales the image up to match the size of the control, and in practice it cuts off the top-left corner of the image, which gives us the feeling that the image is centered.
So how do we get that “Perfect” image?
